What to know before the flight.
What do you need to provide for a quote?
Send the property address, service needed, approximate site or roof size, desired deliverables, and preferred timing. Plans, marked-up photos, or a shot list are helpful but not required for an initial conversation.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing is based on mission complexity, site size, number of structures, required deliverables, travel, turnaround, and whether the work is a one-time flight or recurring program. You receive a clear scope and price before scheduling.
Can you capture the same views on recurring visits?
Yes. Recurring construction programs can use a repeatable shot plan so progress is easier to compare from one visit to the next, subject to current site and flight conditions.
Do drone photos replace a licensed building or engineering inspection?
No. Aerial imagery documents visible conditions and provides additional perspective. It does not replace an evaluation, certification, or opinion from a qualified licensed professional when one is required.
What can delay or change a scheduled flight?
Weather, wind, temporary flight restrictions, airspace authorization, site access, active crane operations, and safety conditions can affect timing. If conditions are not suitable, the flight is rescheduled or the plan is adjusted with you.
How will files be delivered?
Final files are organized in a share-ready digital folder. The folder structure and naming can be aligned to your project, building numbers, or internal reporting workflow.
Can you film a party or event with guests present?
Often, yes—when the location, airspace, weather, permissions, guest placement, and safe launch area support the flight plan. Coverage is planned around people rather than promising flight directly over a crowd. The final plan is confirmed after the venue and event details are reviewed.
What Florida areas do you serve?
Primary coverage includes Cape Coral, Fort Myers, North Fort Myers, Lehigh Acres, Bonita Springs, Naples, and surrounding Southwest Florida communities. Tampa Bay and other Florida locations are available by project, with travel confirmed in the quote.
Do you offer service in Spanish?
Yes. Project planning, client communication, and quote assistance are available in both English and Spanish.
